Thank you for choosing to shop with us. All products are custom-made by Printful specifically for your order, and we have established this policy to ensure clarity and satisfaction. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:

•  Final Sale: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind are not accepted. Please review your order details carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.

•  Damaged or Defective Items: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item due to a carrier error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will coordinate with Printful to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

•  Cancellation Policy: Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately by Printful for production. Cancellations are not possible after checkout. We recommend verifying all details prior to finalizing your purchase.

•  Shipping Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect information.

•  Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
